Gordy’s journey began as a child of the Internet, with an innate curiosity for business and technology. Even during his school days, he ventured into the online world and taught himself how to run a successful business online. Fuelled by his passion for entrepreneurship and guided by his studies of psychology with an emphasis on neuroscience at UBC, Gordy demonstrated remarkable determination, completing a 4-year degree in just three years while maintaining top grades.

In 2008, Gordy purchased the domain CTR.com after having transacted over 1 trillion clicks in the digital space. However, at this peak of success, Gordy reached an existential wonder internally. A ferocious curiosity for sense-making led him to embark on a transformative journey to discover his true purpose in life. During a vision quest, he realized that what the world needs isn’t a higher Click Thru Rate, it’s a Conscious Thought Revolution – and thus the new CTR.com was born. CTR’s mission is to redefine and measure Impact Investing, spearheading the shift of 1 trillion dollars towards the evolution of consciousness.

Alongside the CTR leadership team, Gordy set off to create a new way of doing business. As the CTR team grows, so does the ripple of positive impact and purpose. Gordy is committed to empowering individuals to find their ultimate mission, making the world a better place for all.
